As recommended by the The Times - September 2008
Sally Royale was recently looking for a singles holiday and asked The Times for some advise. We were delighted when they suggested a Flavours Cooking Holiday in Tuscany. To read the full articule please see My First Singles Holiday.

"The balance of cooking, free time and excursions was just right, and as a single traveller on this trip, this enabled me to get to know my fellow guests much more easily in very comfortable surroundings. I am sure this won’t be the last time I take a holiday with you.” ~ Sarah H, June 2008
If you're interested in joining us on one of our cookery courses in 2009 then why not order a brochure to see which region of Italy tickles your taste buds. You can also subscribe to our newsletter which will keep you up to date with all the happenings at Flavours, as well as delivering information on special offers and competitions direct to your inbox. We've also recently setup a Flavours of Italy Blog, which is jammed packed with news about our holidays, upcoming and recent events, recipes and much, much more! So, if you're intrigued to learn more about the Flavours of Italy, then please take a few minutes to visit our blog and leave us a comment.
Are you a solo traveller, looking for something that little bit different to the usual single persons holiday but which does not incur a single supplement? We at Flavours have been organising Italian Cookery Holidays for the past ten years. We are committed to providing great holidays for the single traveller with all of our Italian cooking courses having no single supplement. Our cooking holidays range from a taster course in Bologna for 4 days/3 nights to week long luxury courses in places like Puglia, Tuscany and Sicily, with prices starting from £849 to £1,699.

Our holiday group sizes are small, usually about eight people per group, with at least half of those being single travellers, so you'll find others, like yourself, who want a holiday on their own that is friendly but also luxurious and with time to relax and soak up the Italian atmosphere. On a Flavours cooking holiday, there is plenty to do and see. You're not always in the kitchen but instead get to enjoy escorted daytrips with the group, from wine tasting outtings to visiting traditional balsamic vinegar producers.
Many single travellers who have gone on a Flavours cookery course speak of a broad mix of people from all walks of life on our trips, and are happy to confirm that they keep in contact with their new friends long after they return home. Our clients often tell us how being part of a group of people with similar interests was the highlight of their trip.
