Pilates holidays in Tuscany Itinerary
Our Pilates holidays in Tuscany are about creating the perfect balance of Pilates and la dolce vita. As well as reviewing your core stability and strength and learning how to enhance your health and fitness. And there's no better place to do that, than in Tuscany. Our itinerary below will give you an idea of what this course entails.
Sample Itinerary:
Day 1
Arrive Pisa airport 11:20 and transfer to the historic Villa Tuscany. After you've had a chance to un-pack followed by a welcome lunch and drinks. After lunch you will have your first pilates session for 1 hour followed by an evening meal at the Villa.
Day 2
The day will start with a pilates session for 1 hour in the fresh morning sun. After the session breakfast will be served on the terrace. After breakfast you will have a traditional Tuscan cookery lesson followed by lunch at the Villa. Your afternoon will be free to wander around the estate and lounge by the pool. Before dinner you will have your 3rd pilates session for 1 hour followed by dinner at Villa.
Day 3
The final day will start with a pilates lesson for 1 hour followed by breakfast on the terrace. After breakfast you will be transfered by private minibus to Lucca where you will have the remainder of the day to wander around this beautiful medieval town, which is definetly is a hidden gem in Tuscany! You will be transferred back to the Villa for your final hour long pilates lesson followed by dinner at the villa.
Day 4
Breakfast and transfer to Pisa airport for return flight at 12:05.
