Tailor Made Holidays To Italy

Flavours regularly provide sensational tailor made holidays to Italy for individuals, families, groups of friends and even corporate groups. As well as our luxury venues in Bologna, Ravenna, Rome, Tuscany, Sicily and Puglia we have other accommodation all over Italy suitable for different sizes of groups and available on different dates. We are therefore ideally placed to tailor make an Italian holiday for you. Our expertise in planning Italian cookery holidays gives us a lot of local knowledge and we can tailor-make a holiday to your specifications. If you want to go sailing on Lake Bolsena or spend a long weekend in a palazzo in Rome or perhaps go horse riding in Lazio, then let us know and we will see what we can organise for you.

We can also organise holidays in our beautiful, regular venues to your specification. We are always adding new dates to the schedule and we try to open a new venue every year so if you tell us when you want to go and where you fancy, we hope that we’ll be able to organise something perfect for you.

Tailor Made Short Breaks in the Hills of Dozza

If you're interested in a short break of 4 days and 3 nights we can arrange tailor made holidays for you and a group. One of the venues for our tailor made holidays is situated in the hills between Ravenna and Bologna, near a small medieval village called Dozza. The area here is mapped with a road known as the street of wines and flavours ‘Strada del Vini e Sapori’. Some of the most popular wines grown here are Albana di Romagna and the Sangiovese grapes, that produces a hearty red wine which can be eaten with meats and cheeses.

The area is well known for produce such as chestnuts, garganelli (traditional pasta to Imola), Pecorino del Pastore (cheese made from sheeps milk), Piadina Romagnola (flat bread), Squacquerone di Romagna cheese (soft cheese) and a digestive made of green walnuts called Nocino. As this region is the food capital of the world, Tortelllini and Tagiatelle are amongst the most popular types of pasta.

Just contact us to discuss availablility of dates and we'll organise the rest
