There is no problem if you’re flying from a regional airport. We charge no single supplement on any of our cooking courses, so it’s an ideal holiday for you if you’re going away on your own. It’s nice to know that everything is included and you can just enjoy the hospitality.

All our itineraries are chosen by our team and there is a host at each venue to look after you for the entire trip. We recruit only Italian cooks who really understand the local, regional cuisine and we source authentic, high quality ingredients for you to use. We vary our itineraries according to the season so you might find yourself at the olive oil pressing or hunting for truffles if that is what is going on that particular week. The experience is very hands-on so you will come away with a real taste of Italy and a few fantastic recipes that you can easily recreate at home for friends and family.
